The website uses your browser’s local storage to remember your Google Maps choice. This is necessary to respect your decision on future visits. It is not used for advertising or audience measurement and is not sent to DOLCE VITA SAS.

Post-visit experience session — strictly necessary
After you scan the restaurant QR code, a one-time opaque cookie temporarily preserves access while you choose a language. It does not contain the QR code in plain text and is deleted as soon as the session is created.

When you enter the experience from the restaurant QR code, a secure opaque cookie links your browser to a temporary session. It restores the current step and records only that the Google link was opened and that you later returned to this website. It does not establish whether a review was published and does not read its rating or content.

Reward access — strictly necessary
When you open the secure link received by email, an HttpOnly cookie keeps the bearer token in the browser so the same reward can be displayed and, when available, activated from a URL without a visible token. It is not used for advertising or audience measurement.

Staff verification — strictly necessary
When a staff member scans and verifies a reward, two secure opaque cookies restore the scanned reward and the device’s persistent authorization. They contain no customer email or readable role data and are not used for advertising.

Management session — strictly necessary
Explicitly authorized managers use Supabase Auth HttpOnly session cookies to remain signed in to the reporting area. The authenticated identity and management authorization are checked server-side on every access.

Google Maps — subject to your consent
A Google Map is available in the “Practical information” section. Neither the map nor its iframe is loaded before you give permission. If you agree, Google may set or read cookies and other trackers, process your IP address, and collect information about your device and interactions with the map under its own policies.

Links to Zenchef, Eazee, Google and social media
Reservation, menu, directions and Google review buttons, and the Instagram and Facebook links are standard external links. They do not load content from those services on this website before you click. After clicking, the third-party website may use its own cookies under its own policy.
3. No analytics or advertising
As of this policy’s latest update, the website uses no audience-measurement tool, advertising pixel, advertising-personalisation solution or newsletter module. If such services are added, this policy and the consent interface will be updated before they are enabled.
4. Accepting, declining or changing your choice
On your first visit, you can allow or decline Google Maps. Declining does not prevent access to the rest of the website. While the map is disabled, you can still choose to open an external directions link.
You can withdraw consent or change your choice at any time using the “Manage cookies” button in the footer. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out lawfully beforehand. Your choice is stored for up to six months, after which you will be asked again.
5. Browser settings
You can delete local storage and cookies in your browser settings. Doing so also deletes the choice remembered by this website, so you will be asked again. Blocking some cookies globally may affect third-party services you choose to open.
